Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the GTO Poker Coach app ("GTO Shark", "the app") and the website gtoshark.app, provided by Playorium LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under No. HE409306. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. What we offer

GTO Shark is a study tool for poker players: preflop charts, a training mode, an EV calculator and a tournament timer. It is educational software. It does not offer real-money gambling and does not guarantee results at the table.

2. Subscriptions

The app is free to download. GTO Shark Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store: monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.

3. How to cancel

On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GTO Poker Coach and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

4. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are decided by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal study. You may not copy, resell or redistribute its charts or content, or try to bypass its payment system.

6. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Playorium LTD is not liable for losses resulting from decisions you make at the poker table.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
